How do I restore a subscription I already paid for?
Open Sudoku Masters, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." This relinks any active subscription to your account without charging you again. If it doesn't appear after restoring, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple, not within the app. On your device, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select Sudoku Masters, and choose Cancel. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
My saved puzzles or stats disappeared. What happened?
Progress is tied to your device installation. If you reinstalled the app, switched devices, or cleared storage, previous progress may not carry over automatically. Email us with your approximate play dates and we'll help track down what's recoverable.
Which Sudoku variants does the app include?
Classic, Killer, Calcudoku, Kakuro, Jigsaw, Sudoku X, Windoku, Flower, Butterfly, Samurai, and Samurai Killer — across multiple grid sizes and difficulty levels.
